Your Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of mechanical, mechatronic and electronic assemblies and systems, such as
- Measuring equipment, test systems, devices
- Special machines for the manufacture of opto-electronic components
- Professional switch cabinet wiring for the above-mentioned systems
- Maintenance, servicing, fault diagnosis and repair of the above-mentioned systems
- Maintenance and creation of technical documentation
- Assisting on prototype construction and sample production
- Assisting on the introduction of new products and processes into the line
- Supporting the procurement process
What You Bring
- Technical apprenticeship or bachelor's degree, e.g. as a mechatronics engineer, electronics technician for automation technology, precision mechanic, industrial mechanic, aircraft mechanic
- Extensive knowledge of the use of tools and measuring equipment
- Implementation of technical documents, such as technical drawings, circuit diagrams and pneumatic diagrams
- Experience with components of industrial assembly automation, in particular drive technology
- Use of software tools for visualisation, data acquisition and documentation (e.g. E-Drawings, Fluid-Sim, Office)
- Excellent fine motor skills and high level of meticulousness when handling sensitive components
- Strong commitment to detailed and precise execution of tasks
- Documentation of work steps
- Excellent written and spoken German skills (C1)
- Good written and spoken English skills (B2)
Idealy, you also have, for example...
- Experience in assembly, testing or servicing of precision machines or systems, ideally in semiconductor, optical, medical technology or electronics manufacturing
- Knowledge of machining technology
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming in the field of assembly automation
- Experience with continuous improvement methods
- Basic knowledge of CAD viewers or simple 3D model views for better interpretation of assemblies
